Who I Am

I'm a learning experience strategist with 20+ years of experience building systems that accelerate organizational learning and capability. I specialize in the intersection of three things: learning strategy, multimedia production, and AI-enabled workflows.

Most learning teams have one person who's great at strategy, another who's great at production, and a third experimenting with AI. I've spent my career developing all three competencies — and I've learned that the real power comes from having them work together.

I light up when I get to work on the hard problems: modernize training, move faster without increasing spend, integrate AI responsibly, measure learning's impact.

I've worked at every stage of the L&D journey — from building learning infrastructure at scale (Arcadis, American Family), to modernizing training delivery (ChenMed), to driving innovation inside enterprise (AmFam NEXT). I've led teams, managed budgets, shipped platforms, and produced hundreds of hours of training content.

I'm deeply passionate about innovation in this space — rethinking how we teach, learn, and grow inside organizations.
