Built and facilitated a cross-functional innovation team at a national primary care organization. Introduced a live pain point tracker, ran Design Thinking sprints using Miro and affinity mapping, and taught the team a structured triage framework — What Works / What Wows / R.I.P. — to move from problem identification to prioritized action. Used dot voting (24 votes, 7 participants) and AI-assisted synthesis to produce concrete recommendations the team adopted.

Two pain points resolved. AI note-taker implemented across all meetings. Feature request submitted directly to a vendor. Team left with a shared vocabulary and a repeatable innovation process they can run independently.

Nano-Learning & Innovation

From What If to What Works: Scaling Nano-Learning at $2.78/Learner

Identified a knowledge decay problem after 5-day leadership bootcamps — no post-event reinforcement, no spaced repetition. Ran the idea through a full Design Thinking innovation sprint (What If → What Is → What Wows → What Works). Negotiated a 3-month free trial directly with the 7Taps vendor, secured SOC 2 compliance documentation, obtained legal and IT clearance, and established company-issued device policy before a single learner touched the platform. Designed a full pre/during/post architecture: intention-setting module via LMS email, QR-code-triggered microlearning embedded in PowerPoint slides during each day of training, and spaced repetition follow-up modules post-event.

Deployed across 8 new leader training events, ~360 learners, $1,000 total annual cost ($2.78/learner). Still in active use. Inspired a broader nano-learning layer strategy across the team. Went from 'Hey, I have this idea' to a vetted, scaled, self-sustaining program.
